2012 Servant Events
2012 will be a very busy year for our Servant Events. We'll be starting renovation of the largest building on the Island and Christ Serve Ranch has now been purchased, providing many new projects for our Horse Outreach Program and our Creation-Science Environmental Learning Center. We've added a couple of events in April and May as well. Check out these events and give us a call or e-mail right now!

Building the Island:

We’re building on the Island again. Participants will help with a variety of building projects, staining and painting, waterfront work, and clearing trails. We will be starting renovation on the Education and Retreat Center as well. 

Ages: 14 and older

Christ Serve Ranch-

The property is purchased!!! Be a part of the first groups to visit Christ Serve Ranch. There are all sorts of projects that need to be done.  The first Creation-Science Environmental Learning Center in the nation will be located at Christ Serve Ranch. Help build trails, observation decks and shelters, develop scientific experiments, remove brush and trees, build corrals and docks. Participants will have a greater understanding of our Creator God and how we can use Genesis to better grasp the significance of the life, death, and resurrection of Christ.

Ages: 14 and older

Horse Outreach Program-

We are looking for at least one group to help us get our Horse Outreach Program ready for the summer of 2012. Participants will help groom horses, clean-up our tack, build campsites, clear trails, and generally help us get the horses ready. There will be at least an hour or two of riding each day. 

Ages: 14 and older 

Dates: June 5-10 (Tuesday-Sunday)

Rates: $375

Inger Native American Servant Event

Travel to Inger, Minnesota and spend the week working with Native children and families. Participants will lead children, youth and families in games, activities, Bible Study, and devotions. We will also do community service projects with the Native community. It is a great 5 day event that brings back people year after year. If your group is interested, sign up early. We are limited to the number of people we can bring with us.  Individuals are also welcome. If your group would like to extend their experience a day or two, we can make arrangements to provide some great camp experiences as well.

Ages: 14 and older
