Summer Programs

Offered to children ages 8-14. Classic Camp provides the opportunity for activities such as archery, canoeing, hatchet throwing, gaga ball, swim time, campfires, cookouts, and Bible studies! Each week is a new opportunity to make friends and learn about our Savior! Campers spend the week in age-appropriate cabin groups.

Beginner Horse Camp is for children ages 10-14 who would like to learn to ride. Please ensure that your child wants to learn to ride before signing them up. Horse Camp provides the opportunity for your child to learn everything about caring for and riding a horse! Your child will get to learn from Christ Serve Ranch wranglers and ride according to their level of experience. Campers also participate in swim time, canteen, all camp games, and campfires.

Advanced Horse Camp is for children ages 12-14 who are experienced horse riders. Your child must know how to tack their horse by themselves, be able to control their horse without the help from the wrangler, have experience cantering/loping, and be ready to learn to gallop! Your child will learn from Christ Serve Ranch wranglers and ride according to their level of experience. Campers also participate in swim time, canteen, all camp games, and campfires.

Offered to children ages 8-14. Splash Camp means you're in the water ALL DAY! Splash Camp provides the opportunity for lots of fun water activities, including LIC's famous Water Olympics! Campers also participate in Bible study, canteen, all camp games, and campfires. Campers spend the week in age-appropriate cabin groups.

Weekend Survivor Camp is offered to campers ages 10-12. Campers get to rough it out at Christ Serve Ranch for the weekend! They will learn how to cook food over the fire, pitch a tent, and build forts! Activities such as hatchet throwing, archery, and canoeing will be offered as well. Campers also participate in swim time, canteen, all camp games, and campfires.

Do you have a little scientist on your hands? Science Camp is offered to children ages 10-14. The weekend is spent learning how to observe like a scientist and doing experiments to learn about the world around us. Campers also participate in swim time, canteen, all camp games, and campfires.

Little Lambs and Sheep is offered to parents and their children, ages 4-7. Little Lambs and Sheep Camp is an opportunity for parents and children to spend some quality time together doing activities and learning about Jesus. Little Lambs and Sheep has a very relaxed schedule. Activities include swimming, parachute games, family time, arts and crafts, canteen time, campfire devotions, and song time. Please note that you must register the adult first before you can register the child.

Introducing our new program: Outpost Camp! Outpost Camp is for children ages 12-14. Campers stay in our brand-new TEEPEES at Christ Serve Ranch and cook their meals over the fire. Outpost Camp includes a canoe trip through the chain of lakes starting at East Battle Lake! Counselors lead the cabin groups through a series of adventures throughout the week. Campers also participate in swim time, canteen, and campfire time.

Intermediate Horse Camp is for children ages 10-14 who have some experience riding. This camp is perfect for the campers who have attended Beginner Horse Camp in the past. Your child will get to learn from Christ Serve Ranch wranglers and ride according to their level of experience. Campers also participate in swim time, canteen, all camp games, and campfires.

Art Camp is offered to children 10-14. Led by trained art teacher, Lynne Van Hale-Whiteford, campers will spend their activity times creating beautiful works of art! Please ensure that your child is interested to the extent that they are able to spend 2-3 hours each day working on projects. Art campers also participate in canteen, swim time, evening program, and campfire.

Spend quality time with your family at LIC during Family Camp! Family Campers are largely in charge of the schedule but have the opportunity to participate in various games and activities. Play ultimate frisbee or spend the whole day at the beach! Family Camp also offers morning singing, Bible study, canteen, and campfire times.
13 & up: $380/week or $80/night
8-12: $325/week or $70/night
3-7: $215/week or $45/night
2 & under: No charge

Weekend Fishing Camp is offered to campers ages 8-12. Campers spend their activity times fishing on East Battle Lake! They can bring their own equipment or have the opportunity to opt-in to receive equipment from LIC to use for the weekend and take home for an extra $20. Counselors and junior counselors will lead the fishermen and fisherwoman throughout the weekend.

Beginner Horse Camp is offered to children ages 8-10 who are at a beginning riding level. This weekend long camp is specifically for those campers who have never ridden before and would like to learn. If you have a child who is brand new to riding, or sleepaway camp, these weekends are the perfect amount of riding! The weekend is spent learning about horses and basic riding skills. Campers will work closely with our Christ Serve Ranch wranglers. Campers also participate in swim time, canteen, all camp games, and campfires. Campers spend the weekend in age-appropriate cabin groups.
